Send us a drawing or picture of your sign (vector files such as .eps, .ai, .cdr or .dwg are preferred), the exact size you need and the lighting effect you want. Once we have those three things, we will send your quotation within 24 hours.
Production takes 7 business days. Delivery then takes 3–5 business days with a tracking number provided as soon as your sign ships, so the total is around 12 business days. Lead time can vary slightly with quantity and complexity.
Every sign includes a 1-year limited warranty — if a letter or module stops working in that period, we send a free replacement. Installation is supported with a full fixing kit (stud bolts, washers and nuts), a 1:1 layout template, a wiring diagram and step-by-step instructions.
